The Hidary Daf Yomi
The Hidary Daf Yomi series is distinguished by its Sepharadi approach, utilising traditional pronunciation and the insights of the Geonim and Rishonim to clarify the text. Designed for modern learners, the videos feature a clear visual layout using the Koren (Steinsaltz) edition, allowing students to follow every word in Hebrew and English on-screen.
Rabbi Hidary further enriches the daily study by incorporating manuscript comparisons and historical context from the Roman and Persian eras, providing a "big picture" perspective of the Talmud that is both intellectually rigorous and spiritually fulfilling.
